Clip duration display changes

We've added clip duration and total duration dropboxes for movie and flash FHGs in our linking code generator. Duration was also added for displaying the movies in RSS.

Payout schedule changing

Due to a lot of new payment methods, added after ePassporte collapse, payouts will be made on 1 - 5 and 15 - 20 days of every month instead of the fixed days (1 and 15).
